Congratulations! Middlesbrough Senior Emergency Planning Officer Phil Hudson collects MSc. in Emergency Planning Management
Phil has recently completed a Masters Degree in Disaster Management. Graduating after two years study with the University of Leicester, Phil Conducted his main research into the identification of vulnerable people in potential incidents. Phils' new found skills are already being put to good use within the busy unit.
